Meet the team
Your Field Manager is an experienced trade-qualified professional or someone with strong industry knowledge. They’re assigned to you from day one and act as your mentor and representative throughout your apprenticeship.
What we do
Field Managers play an active role in your journey. Their main responsibilities include:

Visiting you on site every five weeks to check in

Monitoring your training progress at TAFE and in the workplace

Conducting regular performance reviews to track your development

Mediating if any issues come up between you, your Host Business, or your RTO
-
Ensuring you’re learning the right skills and that your training plan stays on track.

Providing advice and feedback on your conduct, performance, and career growth

How we support you
Your Field Manager is there to make sure you succeed. Support can look different depending on the situation, but it often includes:
First point of contact
If you’re unsure about anything – big or small – your Field Manager is your first call.
Relocation support
If your Host Business closes or no longer has enough work, your Field Manager will arrange a new placement so you can keep working and training.
Career and training advice
They’ll talk through options, guide you on training opportunities, and help with planning your future pathways.
