Accessing Support Services
Your first point of contact for any questions or concerns is always your Field Manager. They are there to guide, mentor, and connect you with the right support when you need it.
Beyond this direct help, host employers can also access a wide range of online resources through the VACC Member Portal.
To log in:

Go to vacc.com.au.

Click Member Portal.

Enter your email and password, then select Log in.

Not sure of your details? Click Forgot password, enter your email, and follow the reset link.

Once signed in, use the portal to access support services such as payroll, OHS, technical info, policies, and training resources.

Use this quick guide to match common issues with the right contact. If you are ever unsure, start with your Field Manager.
Urgent safety incident or injury
First: Tell your on-site supervisor and seek first aid. If there is immediate danger, call 000.
Contact your Field Manager straight away. They will coordinate support and notify a VACC OHS Advisor if needed.
Workplace or training issues (day-to-day)
Field Manager is your first point for mentoring, site concerns, host queries, performance feedback, rotations, and general support.
TAFE timetable, attendance, results
Field Manager to coordinate and resolve clashes or concerns with the RTO. They will escalate to the RTO if required.
Bullying, harassment, discrimination, conduct concerns
Speak with your Field Manager or the VACC Workplace Relations team. Serious issues are handled confidentially and can be escalated.
Invoices and host billing (for Host Businesses)
VACC Accounts and Admin team can provide assistance with invoice questions or payment arrangements.
