Challenges sometimes come up at work or TAFE. This page explains common issues, how to raise concerns, and what support is available.

Complaints Process

Sometimes issues can’t be sorted out straight away. The complaints process is there to make sure concerns are taken seriously and handled fairly

  • Informal Resolution

    Try to resolve the matter directly with the person involved, either on your own or with support. Your Field Manager can step in early to mediate and help find a solution.

  • Formal Complaints

    if it can’t be resolved, complaints can be escalated to your Field Manager, Workplace HR or Manager
